WCPC serves the Tupelo, MS area with a population of 687,000. Under the leadership of Robin Mathis, WCPC began broadcasting in 1955. WCPC is a 50,000 watt radio station that reaches 25 counties in Northeast Mississippi and Northwest Alabama including the Tupelo area and Columbus/Starkville metro areas. WCPC has been broadcasting Gospel/Christian formatted programming for more than 56 years. Wilkins Communications acquired WCPC in 2007 with the intention of preserving the longtime history of this heritage Christian station.
